Welcome to the Female Campus Pastor group (FCP), a community designed specifically for women leading in campus pastor or director roles within the church. We are a group of women who shepherd congregations, develop leaders, create welcoming church environments, and steward the vision of our churches across multiple locations. Our roles include pastoral care, team leadership, preaching, discipleship, and ensuring that every campus thrives spiritually and operationally.

This passionate, dedicated, and dynamic group of women gathers annually for a two-day event and stays connected year-round through a secure online portal, online discussions, and social media.
