High-impact calling shouldn't feel like high-stress survival!
Closing the Leadership Gap is a year-long coaching cohort for female church leaders ready to trade daily overwhelm for concrete, skill-based strategy.
The problem isn't your confidence.
It's just a few missing pieces.
Â
Most leadership spaces offer female church leaders soft, abstract advice or simple pep talks. You don't need to be told to try harder - you need concrete, strateic development. Closing The Leadership Gap provides the real training, live coaching and personalized blueprint you need to stop surviving and start growing.Â
You've been faithful to your calling.
 But behind the scenes...
- “I'm the go-to problem solver for everyone else, but I don't have a safe space to process my own leadership hurdles.”Â
- “I get plenty of pep talks and encouragement, but what I actually need is concrete strategy and action steps.”
- “I'm constantly pouring out into others, while my own growth and vision sit on the back burner.”
- “I blame myself when something goes wrong on my team, spinning for days and questioning myself.”
- “I've wondered if this is worth it, what this calling is costing me – my family, my body, my peace.”
None of this means you're failing or that you're not called to lead.
I've spent the last 30 years leading in the local church, including as the first woman on the Executive Team of a 20,000-member, multi-site church.
Along the way, I wrote Developing Female Leaders and Find Your Leadership Voice, and I've had the chance to speak on this topic to thousands of pastors and church leaders across the country.Â

I've watched what happens when a leader finally gets the piece she's been missing, and I built CLG to make that possible for you too!
Your gap isn't about your ability. It's about being under-resourced.
Women are often given less access to the training, coaching, and opportunities many male leaders receive by default.
It's grounded in real, documented research on why capable women often get stuck in leadership - sharpened by years of coaching conversations with female church leaders in every kind of role and at every size of church.
“86% of women in ministry feel clearly called to leadership.
But less than half have ever been intentionally developed as leaders.”
– From Kadi's research in her bestselling book, Developing Female Leaders
Â
CLG Is For You If...
You're carrying real responsibility in your ministry
 – whether or not your title fully reflects it.
You've read books, listened to podcasts, and done what you could on your own
 – but now you're ready for something with more structure and depth.
You want training that takes your faith as seriously as your strategyÂ
 – not one without the other.
You know the skills that got you here won't get you to what's next
– and you're ready to close that gap.
You've realized investing in your own leadership isn't selfish
 – it's faithful stewardship of the calling God has given you.
If that's you, here's what becomes possible once you're finally equipped with what you've been missing:
Do you offer payment plans?
How much time does this take each week?
What if I have to miss a live coaching call?
What happens after my first year?
Will my church help cover the cost?
How is this different from a mentor or women's ministry group?
Is $997 worth it for me personally?
Why not just get a seminary degree or advanced certification?
What if I can't decide by October 1st?
Is my role a good fit for this?
What if I discover that CLG isn't right for me?
Where does CLG stand on women in ministry theologically?
I've watched women just like you – talented, called women – run into the same invisible walls I did.Â
Early in my ministry career, I'd hesitate every time a conversation turned strategic – whispering my ideas to the guy next to me so he could share them instead. One day, my boss pulled me aside and said, “Kadi, I didn't hire you because of what you can do. I hired you because of how you think. I need you to say it yourself.”Â
That's when I realized: it was never a lack of ability or work ethic holding us back. It was a specific gap in training – the same gap I had to close myself.
But it doesn't have to be that way for you!
I built CLG because I believe every woman leading in the local church needs and deserves the chance to close that gap herself, with the right support alongside her.
My goal is to give you what you need – truth from Scripture, facts from research, plus seasoned guidance – so you can make an informed decision about how God is calling you to lead in your church.
If you resonated with anything here, I don't think that was an accident. Perhaps God is inviting you to something more?
I hope to see you in the cohort!
