As the founder and owner of Kadi Cole & Co., Kadi works with a wide range of clients, including multi-billion-dollar tech companies and global organizations, helping them build healthy cultures, develop strategic plans, and scale for growth. Her work is particularly impactful in historically patriarchal industries, where she helps organizations celebrate and harness the leadership gifts of all individuals.

Executive Director of Leadership Development | Momentum Ministry Partners
Kadi continues to invest in leadership development of the global church through her ongoing partnership with Momentum Ministry Partners, leading the research and development of resources and programs churches can access to invest in the next generation of missionally-minded christian leaders within the church and the marketplace.

Executive Director of Multi-Site & Director of Kaléo School of Leadership | Christ Fellowship Church
At Christ Fellowship Church, a 20k member multi-site church in South Florida, Kadi served as the first woman on the Executive Team and led the strategic development of eight campuses. She also created the Kaléo School of Biblical Leadership, a 14-month leadership program that has graduated hundreds of leaders, many of whom have taken on significant roles within the church and beyond.

Director of Advancement | Grace Church
In Akron, Ohio, Kadi worked on the executive team at Grace Church to implement strategic planning processes, develop staff, and lead key initiatives such as capital fundraising and church-wide campaigns.
2001-2007
Special Assistant to the Executive Pastor | Christ Fellowship Church
In this role, Kadi was instrumental in driving strategic change and developing critical projects, including large-scale events and innovative multi-site strategies, which were essential to the church’s growth and success.

Dean of Student Development, Director of Health & Wellness | Palm Beach Atlantic College
At Palm Beach Atlantic College, Kadi rebuilt the Residential Life Department, advanced the student Health & Wellness Center, launched an on-campus counseling center,and developed a cross-departmental medical mission trip program, earning her the “Employee of the Year” Award.

Kadi began her career as a Mental Health Staff Nurse at a state-of-the-art VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL, where she received the highest ratings for her proficiency and played a key role in recruiting and hiring the nursing staff.
